Ayana Hampton

I remember performing at age 3. I attended a lovely academy in NYC, The Sage Garden. Mrs. Vandavere made every lesson, every answered question, a performance! My family fostered this little person who loved to be heard and exact and funny. These I think are my origins. Today, I live in Silver Lake, or possibly Los Feliz. I'm sandwiched between Griffith Park to the North & The Silver Lake Reservoir to the South. I adore burgers. My dream meal is comprised of a compressed baby-greens salad with Parmesan cheese and olive oil, paired with a cheesy, imaginative char-grilled burger, (for protein + iron of course). In Brooklyn, I met a burger topped with a pineapple ring and a fried egg. That burger is very special to me. My favorite music? I have one word…DISCO.
