SARAH HORN, the lucky voice teacher, got pulled up to sing “For Good” with Kristin Chenoweth at Kristin’s Hollywood Bowl solo debut and quickly became a viral internet sensation. Sarah is no stranger to the stage having grown up singing in church from a very young age before being bit by the theatre bug. Some of her favorite roles have been Maria in the Sound of Music, the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and singing the role of Cinderella’s Mother in Into the Woods, among many others. Musical theatre and singing are her passion. She was born to sing. Sarah has her bachelors in commercial vocal performance from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and her masters in both conducting and classical vocal performance from California Baptist University in Riverside, CA where she currently teaches. In the realm of theatre, Sarah was awarded multiple Inland Theatre League Awards before becoming one of their youngest judges with the organization which boasts nearly 100 member theaters, both professional and community oriented. She also holds multiple awards from the National Youth Theatre organization for her music directing work with Riverside Youth Theatre. Sarah also has a passion for excellence in choral music thanks to the Gary Bonner Singers with which she performs and tours with in Southern California and is excited for the opportunity to judge the ABBA-Capella sing-off.
