Growing up in Syracuse, NY, Sean showed a passion for music at an early age. O'Loughlin benefited from loving parents who supported his musical aspirations and challenged him to explore music as a career.

Sean's extensive musical background includes orchestrating, copying, and proofreading scores for television and film in Los Angeles. As an arranger and orchestrator, he has worked with such artists as Nickel Creek, Pink Martini, Paris Combo, and others. He enjoys an active and busy schedule as a guest conductor at schools and honor ensembles around the country. His music is characterized by vibrant rhythmic energy and passionate melodies.
