Why Is There A Waiting Room?
- Stopping bots. We want fans like you to get the best tickets and the waiting room gives us an opportunity to filter out people who abuse technology to get the best seats and sell them for an inflated price on secondary sales outlets.
- Traffic control. The waiting room helps us provide the best online ticket purchasing experience and helps fans to complete their ticket purchase in the fastest manner possible.
- Don't refresh your screen or use your back button. Once you're in the waiting room, it's best to wait. You'll be processed through to the onsale as quickly as possible.
