We will begin Group Ticketing for the 2012 season on Monday, January 23, 2012 for two popular programs. Other concerts will become available to groups on Wednesday, January 25. This staggered rollout helps reduce hold times and ensure better customer service for you as a group leader.

Group Evenings at the Bowl
Whether you're planning an evening out with friends, family, or perhaps clients this summer, the Hollywood Bowl offers your group the complete outdoor California experience. One of the great traditions of the Bowl is dining and listening to world class artists in the great outdoors.

Group Discounts
When you bring a group of 10 or more this summer, you'll receive a 20% discount on most bench seating (offer excludes Saturdays, fireworks, lease events, and other selected concerts). To help you choose the perfect concert, call the Hollywood Bowl Group Sales Department at 323.850.2050. One of our representatives will help you with seating locations, transportation, catering and dining options suitable to your group.
Group Benefits
As a group you enjoy many great benefits:
- A low minimum of just 10 tickets to qualify as a group purchase
- 20% discount on most bench seating for most concerts (based on availability)
- Ability to purchase tickets before the box office opens on May 5th
- Easy Payment Plan: a non-refundable 30% deposit will hold an estimated number of the best available seats. Six weeks prior to your concert, you make your final payment, paying only for the tickets you need (minimum 10).
- Seat Cushion Reservations, minimum order of 25 seats
- Special incentives for groups of 25 or more

Picnicking at the Bowl
Pre-concert picnicking has always been one of the fun traditions at the Hollywood Bowl. Whether you're with family, friends or colleagues, the pre-concert experience is an integral part of the evening's festivities. You can bring your own food and beverage or enjoy the various culinary delights from our own on-site caterer, Patina at the Bowl.
Groups of 30+ can reserve one of our many picnic or private reception areas located throughout the Bowl grounds for a fee of $60. To find out more about reserving a space for your group or to take a personal tour of the Hollywood Bowl facilities, please call 323.850.2050.

Promoting the Season to Your Group
It's that time of year again to start organizing your group for a Hollywood Bowl concert. Many questions go through your mind. Which concert to choose? How do I let everyone know about the new season?
We know the time and effort that goes into bringing a group to the Bowl, so we have compiled some helpful tips to make your life just a little easier.
Promote Early: Start early by selecting a concert or two that would appeal to your group. Mail out or send an email to get the consensus on a concert.
Poster: To help you promote the upcoming season to your group, we have included a Hollywood Bowl poster for you to display. Remember to let your group know whom they should make the check payable to.
Final Payment: Give yourself plenty of time to receive everyone's payment. Remember that final payment is due 6 weeks before the concert.
Speakers Bureau: If you would like a Hollywood Bowl representative to speak at one of your group's meetings, please call 323.850.2050 and we'll arrange for a speaker to come out and visit.
Extra Brochures: If you would like extra materials (concert listings, posters, and brochures) for your group, please give us a call and we'll mail you a package.
