Hours of Operation
The Hollywood Bowl grounds are open to the public all day.
On performance evenings, the parking lots open 4 hours prior to the start of the show. The theater gates open at the following times (barring stage delays):
- 6:00pm for 8:00 concerts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 6:00pm for 8:30 concerts on Friday and Saturday
- 4:30pm for 7:00 concerts on Sunday
- 5:00pm for 7:30 concerts on Sunday
Emergency Calls
In cases of extreme emergency, it is possible for a member of the house staff to summon a patron from his or her seat during a performance at the Hollywood Bowl. To reach a patron in case of emergency, call 323.850.2060. Please provide the patron's seat location and number.
Lost and Found
Located in the Hollywood Bowl Operations Office. The Operations Office is located behind the stage, in the underground parking garage. Please call 323.850.2060 to check on lost items. Items are only kept for 30 days.
First Aid
Should you require medical assistance, the First Aid Office is located through the mid-gate, behind the stage, in the underground parking garage adjacent to the Operations Office). An Emergency Medical Technician is available at every event. All employees can direct you to the First Aid office.
