Ticket Exchange

Printable exchange form

Subscribers ONLY (except Create Your Own Series subscribers) may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance by returning tickets to the Hollywood Bowl Box Office, either in person or by mail, at any time up to 24 hours before the first of the concerts you are changing.

Exchange by Mail

To exchange by mail, send your tickets to: Hollywood Bowl Box Office Exchange Desk, P.O. Box 1951, Los Angeles, CA 90078. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and allow at least 2-3 weeks for your exchange request to be processed.

Exchange In Person

You may also exchange your tickets in person at the Hollywood Bowl Box Office.

All exchanges are subject to availability

Tickets in every seating area may not be available, but every effort will be made to give you tickets in the same section as your subscription tickets.

Processing Fee

A $4.00 fee per ticket is charged to cover exchange costs.

When exchanging, please keep in mind the following:

  • Past-date tickets can not be exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be completed 24 hours before the first of the concerts you are switching.
  • We do not offer refunds, except in the case of a cancelled performance. When an exchange is made for a lower-priced ticket, a credit voucher will be issued to be used at any time during the current summer season, good for any regular season event (not lease events, special concerts, or benefits/galas).
  • Tickets are subjects to availability; there may be some concerts for which exchanges are not possible.
  • To expedite transactions at the Box Office, please show your Philharmonic Subscriber I.D. card.
