About this Performance

One of the finest jazz singers of his generation pays tribute to one of the all-time greats. Porter’s “thrilling presence” (The New York Times) has won over festival audiences and Grammy® voters, and he’ll fill the Bowl with sweet selections from Nat King Cole & Me, his recent album celebrating Cole’s later career. Tony® Award winner Savion Glover, described as “the greatest tap virtuoso of our time, perhaps of all time” (Variety), graces the stage with beats and rhythms from head to toe with a jazz combo.
