About this Artist

South German based artists and best friends Frieder & Jakob began their journey in 2005 by organizing their own parties, small festivals and outdoor raves. Through this early involvement in the scene, they gradually established themselves as DJs and developed a deep understanding of different styles within electronic music. Over the years, they explored a wide range of genres, which continues to shape their musical identity today. Their sound can best be described as melodic techno that is easy to dance to and always driven by a positive and uplifting energy. Their sets are known for creating an emotional connection with the crowd while maintaining a strong sense of groove on the dancefloor. As the owners of their own club in southern Germany, they first connected with Boris Brejcha, Ann Clue and the label FCKNG SERIOUS in 2016. What started as an initial meeting quickly turned into a close friendship and long term creative partnership. Today, Frieder & Jakob are releasing their own music on FCKNG SERIOUS and are regularly touring alongside artists such as Boris Brejcha, Ann Clue, Moritz Hofbauer and Deniz Bul, bringing their sound to audiences around the world.
