Merging Venezuela’s folkloric roots, modern production elements, and inspiration from Andalusia, Nella’s music echoes globally. She has sold out venues across the United States, Venezuela, Mexico, Spain, and the UK, and has performed with renowned artists such as Alejandro Sanz, Luis Enrique, and Susana Baca. She has also collaborated with Jennifer López, Juan Luis Guerra, Carlos Vives, Monsieur Periné, and Los Amigos Invisibles.

Academy® Award winner Asghar Farhadi invited Nella to join the A-list cast of his film Everybody Knows, alongside Academy® Award winners Javier Bardem, Ricardo Darín, and Penélope Cruz. Showcasing her talents, she performed songs written by Javier Limón exclusively for the screenplay. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival to enthusiastic applause.

Nella’s voice has captivated notable musicians, including Maestro Gustavo Dudamel, conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, who invited her to perform a song composed by him for a documentary on the artist Cruz Diez.

In early 2020, Nella signed with Sony Music Records and released her second album, Doce Margaritas, in 2021. She also participated in the HBO album and special Piano y Mujer with Irish American pianist Arthur Hanlon, collaborating with great artists such as Kany García, Natalia Jiménez, Evaluna Montaner, and Goyo. En Otra Vida is Nella’s third album, immersing listeners in a unique universe of talent with a distinct and delightful creative concept. Staying true to her original sound, Nella pays homage to the great women composers of Latin American music, offering new versions of classic songs and collaborating with artists and songwriters who come together to celebrate Spanish-language composers.

Renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli invited Nella to participate in his concert at the Estadio Monumental Simón Bolívar in Caracas. During this memorable evening, Nella and Bocelli delighted the audience blending their voices in a performance that deeply resonated with the attendees. Nella's participation in this event not only highlighted her talent but also reinforced her prestige in the international music scene, consolidating her as one of the most prominent artists of her generation.

Nella’s 2025 releases trace a journey of emotional depth and renewal. “Complejo” confronts the “savior complex,” turning personal patterns into a universal reflection on love and responsibility. In May, “No Más Que A Mí,” co-written with Grammy-winner Fernando Osorio, captured the quiet strength that follows heartbreak, transforming a journal entry into a raw, liberating anthem. Most recently, her duet with Mexican artist Marco Mares, “Tu Amor Me Da Paz,” celebrates love as refuge and calm amidst chaos, expanding her voice across Latin America with luminous intimacy.

Building on this momentum, 2026 marked a season of profound creative expansion. Nella delivered a series of landmark collaborations, including the duet “Hasta Cuando” with Carlos Ponce, and the release of “Hilo Rojo” alongside salsa legend Gilberto Santa Rosa. Responding to the tragedies in her native Venezuela, she also released “No llores mas,” a deeply moving acoustic piece co-written with Jorge Luis Chacín and featuring cuatro virtuoso Jorge Glem, offering a message of healing and hope. Beyond the studio, Nella took her commanding live performance on the road, joining Kany García on tour. Expanding her storytelling further into film, she also starred in the short film Alberta and the Possum, an official selection at the prestigious HollyShorts Film Festival.
