Quickly becoming a highly sought after collaborative pianist, HSIN-I HUANG has been praised on concert stages in Germany, Russia, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, and Korea.  In the U.S., Huang has played in esteemed venues such as Walt Disney Concert Hall and Zipper Hall and collaborated with many artists such as Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra concertmaster Margaret Batjer, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra Principal Cello Andrew Shulman, New York Philharmonic Principal Associate Concertmaster Sheryl Staples, award-winning chamber musician and studio cellist Jacob Braun, and LA Phil cellist Tao Ni.  Passionate about constantly growing as an artist and helping others grow, she regularly collaborates with students in master classes of Robert Lipsett and Clive Greensmith at the Colburn School of Music.

Huang was selected to perform with internationally renowned violinist Chee-Yun at the Center for the Arts in Malibu, CA.  She has also made appearances with Simone Porter at South Bay Chamber Music Society, TED, and the Harriman-Jewell Series Gala.  In December of 2015, Huang performed with Queen Elisabeth Competition Laureate William Hagen at Inside the Music with Brian Lauritzen. She has performed on NPR’s Performance Today with Mayumi Kanagawa and has been a participating artist at the Innsbrook Institute Summer Music Academy and Festival in Missouri.

In 2016, Huang performs on a Canadian tour with award-winning violinist Blake Pouliot along with a recital in Zipper Hall with Hagen.  

Huang received an undergraduate degree from National Taiwan Normal University, a master's degree from Boston University, and a graduate certificate from USC’s Thornton School of Music, where she studied with Antoinette Perry. She is also an accomplished cellist, winning many national competitions in Taiwan before focusing completely on collaborative piano.
