About this Artist

Joseph Yoo (b. 2006) has been playing the piano since the age of six and flute since the age of eleven. As a flutist, Joseph was a part of the 2024 National Youth Orchestra of the United States. As a pianist, he is also a two-time Spotlight Competition semi-finalist and two-time Southern California Junior Bach Festival Gold Medalist. Yoo began his music composition journey in middle school and has since written arrangements, transcriptions, and original works for chamber-ensemble performances at the Diamond Bar High School Performing Arts Academy.
