Lola Goetz

Lola Goetz (b. 2008) is a composer, classical pianist, jazz pianist, singer, and songwriter. She is a member of the Elizabeth Mandell Music Institute at Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences. She has been studying classical piano for 11 years with Mary Ann Cummins. She has studied composition for five years and currently studies with Ian Krouse, Laura Karpman, and Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum. In 2024, she had the opportunity to attend the Juilliard Summer Composition Program and Sunset Chamberfest’s Young Composers Workshop. In 2023, she recorded a composition at the Warner Brothers Studio with a professional orchestra through the Los Angeles Young Composers Workshop. Her compositions have been performed at venues including the Lincoln Center Plaza, Art Share LA, the Daniel Pearl World Music Concert, and several EMMI concerts. For classical piano, highlights include first place in the 2023 Alice Kitchen Scholarship Competition and being a winner of the Westside Committee of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Scholarship Competition from 2019–2024.
