    WHAT:

    Multi-Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Sarah McLachlan makes her Hollywood Bowl debut with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, led by Thomas Wilkins, Friday and Saturday, July 15 and 16, at 8:30 p.m.

    With more than 40 million records sold, McLachlan celebrates her recent release, Laws of Illusion in these performances.

    The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra opens the program with music by Gershwin, North and Rózsa, and the second half begins with an overture by Suppé.

    PARKING/DRIVING: All Bowl Park & Ride buses will leave at their scheduled departure times, but may arrive at the Bowl later than usual due to the I-405 closure. Choosing an early departure time, purchasing your Park & Ride tickets in advance and arriving to the lot well ahead of the scheduled departure is highly recommended. Our bus drivers will be doing their best in this unpredictable situation. We will make every effort during this difficult transportation scenario.

    Driving:

    The 10-mile stretch of I-405 freeway between I-10 and U.S. 101 will be closed starting at 7p.m. on Friday, July 15 through 6a.m. on Monday, July 18. Traffic conditions on local streets and freeways within the region of Los Angeles County and beyond are expected to be severe, with significant, multi-hour delays. It is recommended that patrons visiting the Hollywood Bowl during the weekend of July 15-17 avoid the vicinity of the closure. Patrons are advised to plan ahead, monitor real-time traffic conditions prior to beginning their trip, and follow alternate routes.
