LOS ANGELES, CA (January 26, 2015) – SiriusXM today announced that it will launch an exclusive new series “On the Podium with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic” on SiriusXM’s Symphony Hall channel. Six programs will air this season, one per month. The first program debuts tonight at 7:00 PM EST, and will be repeated tonight at 10:00 PM, January 28 at 12:00 AM, January 30 at 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, January 31 at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, February 1 at 12:00 PM, and February 2 at 4:00 PM, all times EST.
“On the Podium with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic” features Gustavo Dudamel, the dynamic Music Director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, introducing in his own words recent performances by the Los Angeles Philharmonic and discussing the music along with the experience of leading one of the world’s major orchestras. “On the Podium with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic” debuts on Monday, January 26 at 7:00 PM EST, via satellite on Symphony Hall channel 76 and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com.
