Ten Los Angeles Philharmonic concerts from the current Hollywood Bowl season will be broadcast on Classical California’s SoCal Saturday Night series, the station’s weekly spotlight on local concerts, beginning Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 7pm.

This is the 19th year of the LA Phil’s summer partnership with Southern California’s listener-sponsored classical music radio station. This broadcast series allows hundreds of thousands of Classical California listeners across the region to experience Hollywood Bowl performances each week.

Hosted and produced by Classical California’s Brian Lauritzen, the programs air weekly at 7pm on Saturdays from August 22 through October 24, and are also streamed online—on demand at Classical California's website—for two weeks immediately following the broadcast.

This series is made possible through the endowed LA Phil Broadcast Program Fund, generously supported by the Lenore S. and Bernard A. Greenberg Fund.

Broadcasts are also streamed live at www.classicalcalifornia.org and on the Classical California app.
