Accessibility:

• All Park & Ride lots are wheelchair accessible.

Tickets:

• Advanced sales are available until 10am the day before the concert.
• Passengers with pre-purchased Park & Ride tickets will be given boarding preference, provided they arrive no later than ten minutes prior to their ticketed departure time.
• Tickets are not interchangeable between Park & Ride Lot locations or dates. Only tickets for the current year will be accepted at the Park & Ride lots.

Lot Departures, Drop-off & Pick-up:

• Refer to your ticket for bus departure times from the lots. For concerts with pre-shows, Park & Ride departure times are based upon the start time of the pre-show, not the concert. 
• Buses will drop-off riders at the Bowl at the top of Lot B. Patrons requiring  can pick up that service from this location.
• Pick-up at the end of the concert is located at the transportation hub on Highland Avenue. Follow signs and staff directions.
• Return buses begin departing approximately 20 minutes after concert end.

Accessibility:

• Parking is free at Bowl Shuttle lots, except at Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood & Highland) where parking has a $20 daily maximum.
• Buses and lots are wheelchair accessible.

• Departures from lots begin 2.5 hours prior to concert. The last shuttle departs each lot at concert time.
• Buses will drop-off and depart from the Bowl at the top of Lot B. Follow signs and staff directions. Patrons requiring  can pick up that service from this location.

Bowl Shuttle:

• Continuous service from four locations closer to the Bowl
• Shuttles run frequently starting 2.5 hours before the concert
• Last shuttle departs at concert start time

Yes, for the Bowl Shuttle only:

• Valid Metro TAP Cards accepted at all Shuttle lots
• Valid Metrolink tickets accepted only at the Burbank Metrolink lot
• TAP/Metrolink cards must be active and used within the past 2 hours

• Check your ticket for your timed departure
• Departure may align with pre-show start time
• Return buses leave ~20 minutes after concert ends

Bowl Shuttle:
