Hollywood Bowl History
For more than 100 years, music and performance have had a central destination in Los Angeles. The Hollywood Bowl is a venue for showcasing artistic greatness and celebrating our global cultural heritage.
It is also a proving ground for emerging artists and a living laboratory for experimentation and discovery. To explore the Bowl’s vibrant and dynamic past is to have a window on the voices and ideas that have influenced our history and continue to shape our world.
