About this Performance
Recently appointed Music Director of the Paris Opera, Dudamel invites some of his new colleagues to make their Bowl debuts for an evening of highlights from some of the most beautiful and memorable ballets. Featuring glorious accompaniments by Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic—and solo keyboard courtesy of the indomitable Jean-Yves Thibaudet—preeminent dancers of the Paris Opera Ballet perform exquisite solos, duets, and ensembles for an evening of terpsichorean delight.
This performance is generously supported by Deanie and Jay Stein and by Gregory Annenberg Weingarten/GRoW @ Annenberg.
