How to access, share, and add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay

Digital tickets at the Hollywood Bowl

Tickets at the Bowl have gone paperless! Use this guide to learn how to access and share your digital tickets.

For the quickest and simplest entrance to the Hollywood Bowl, we strongly recommend using your phone to add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you arrive.

You can add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay any time before your performance. Barcodes for Apple Wallet and Google Pay tickets will appear automatically as soon as they become available.

You can also show barcodes in the web browser starting two weeks before your performance date.

Add a ticket to Apple Wallet

Log in with your Hollywood Bowl username and password at my.hollywoodbowl.com

Select "Manage Tickets" for your performance

Mark the checkboxes for the tickets you’d like to add to your wallet

Select "Add" or "Add All" in the top right corner to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet

Add a ticket to Google Pay

Your tickets will be saved to the Google Pay app on your phone

Show a mobile barcode

Mark the checkboxes for the tickets you’d like to view

Share a ticket

Mark the checkboxes for the tickets you'd like to share

Select "Generate Share Link" to create a ticket share link

Select "Share" to send the ticket share link to your intended recipient

Send your ticket share link via SMS, Email, or the messaging platform of your choice (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc)

If sharing via SMS, fill your recipient's email address in the "To" field and then hit the icon to send

If sharing via email, fill your recipient's email address in the "To" field and then hit the mail icon to send

After you've sent the link, select "I've Finished Sharing" to close the share window. It's up to you to send the ticket share link, so double-check to make sure it was received!

Accept a shared ticket

If you already have a Hollywood Bowl account, you'll be asked to enter your password

If you don't have a Hollywood Bowl account, you'll be prompted to create one

Once you've logged in, the tickets will be automatically transferred to your account!

Unshare a ticket

Select the "Unshare" button for the tickets you'd like to unshare

Using the Hollywood Bowl App

1) Download the Hollywood Bowl App from the App Store or Google Play (If you already have the LA Phil App installed, make sure you're running the latest version)

2) Log in using your Hollywood Bowl credentials

3) Select your upcoming performance from the "My Concerts" tab

From there, you'll be able to use the to app share your tickets, add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, or show a barcode at the gate to scan in.
