Advance notice & priority tickets
Ability to purchase tickets before the Box Office opens to the general public
Easy payment plan
A non-refundable 30% deposit will hold an estimated number of the best available seats. Six weeks prior to your concert, you make your final payment, paying only for the tickets you need (minimum 10) available for most concert dates.
No per-ticket handling fee
With a group order there is only one low service charge per performance date.
Reserve a private picnic area
Large groups (30+) may reserve selected picnic areas by calling the Group Sales Office at 323 850 2050.
Pre-order seat cushions
The Bowl staff will have them waiting for you at your seats (minimum order of 30 seats)

We are thrilled to present our culinary program, brought to life by James Beard Award-winning chef Susanne Goin and Caroline Styne (of celebrated local restaurants Lucques, a.o.c., Tavern, and The Larder). Payment plans
Give yourself plenty of time to receive everyone's payment. Remember that final payment is due 6 weeks before the concert.
Speakers Bureau
If you would like a Hollywood Bowl representative to speak at one of your group's meetings, please call 323.850.2050 and we'll arrange for a speaker to come out and visit.
