ROBERT GORDON'S plays have been developed at such venues as the O’Neill Theater Center in Connecticut, the Berkeley Repertory Theater in Berkeley, and Playwrights Horizons in New York. His plays have been produced at such theaters as the Goodman Theater in Chicago, the American Conservatory Theater (ACT) in San Francisco, and The Marsh in San Francisco. He received a Bay Area Dramalogue Critics Award for his play, Once and for All, and is the recipient of a Rockefeller Foundation grant in playwriting. He is presently at work on a historical novel based on the life of Bishop James Pike, as well as a memoir entitled Bob Up And Down.
