Choreographer PEGGY HICKEY’s Broadway credits include A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder (Tony Award for Best Musical; Outer Critics Circle Nomination for Best Choreography; Astaire Award Nomination for Outstanding Choreography in a Broadway Show). Her regional theater credits include King of Hearts, A Little Night Music, Amour, and Carnival (Goodspeed Musicals); Oklahoma! (Paper Mill Playhouse); The Music Man, starring Shirley Jones and Patrick Cassidy (The Bushnell); Gigi and A Funny Thing… for L.A.’s REPRISE; and numerous productions for Music Theatre of Wichita, Sacramento Music Circus, and Casa Mañana.

For opera houses and the concert hall, she has choreographed The King & I (with Susan Graham) at Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris; My Fair Lady with Kelli O’Hara, Kelsey Grammer, and Brian Dennehy (New York Philharmonic / Lincoln Center); The Most Happy Fella with Paul Sorvino (New York City Opera / Lincoln Center); Lucky to Be Me, The Music of Leonard Bernstein (New York City Opera / Lincoln Center); An Evening With Monty Python (dir. Eric Idle); The Merry Widow (San Francisco and Los Angeles operas); King Roger and The Grand Duchess (Santa Fe Opera); La Cenerentola and Ballo in maschera for the Hong Kong Arts Festival; and Don Giovanni and Salome for the Savonlinna Opera Festival.

Her television and film credits include Hart of Dixie (CW); 90210 (CW); Samantha Who? (ABC); General Hospital (ABC); Passions (NBC); The Brady Bunch Movie (Paramount); and Hansel and Gretel (PBS/Live from Lincoln Center).

She won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography for Beck’s The New Pollution, was an MTV Movie Award Nominee for Best Dance Sequence in a Feature Film for The Brady Bunch Movie, and won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Choreography for Brigadoon and On the Twentieth Century at Goodspeed Musicals.
