Natasha Paremski

Born in May, 1987, in Moscow, Russia, NATASHA PAREMSKI began her piano studies at age 4 with Nina Malikova at the Andreyev School of Music in Moscow. In April, 1995, she emigrated with her family to the United States, where she now studies with the legendary pianist Earl Wild.

Paremski won top prizes in the 2002 Bronislaw Kaper Awards sponsored by Los Angeles Philharmonic; 2000 International Young Solo Musicians Competition in Córdoba, Argentina; Young Artists in Carnegie Hall - 2000 International Piano Festival; 2000 Ludmila Knezkova-Hussey International Piano Competition in Bathurst, Canada; 2000 Shenson Young Artist Concerto Competition in San Francisco; 1999 "Città di Senigallia" International Young Pianists Competition, Italy; Pinault Musical Society 1999 International Piano Competition in New York; and many other piano competitions.

She performed on the PBS TV program hosted by Michael Tilson Thomas; From The Top public radio program hosted by Christopher O'Riley; Great Hall of the Gnessin Academy of Music in Moscow, Russia; Carnegie Weil Recital Hall; Hellman Hall of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and as soloist with the Moscow Philharmonic (Russia), San Remo Symphony Orchestra (Italy), Córdoba Symphony Youth Orchestra (Argentina), Saratoga Symphony, Oregon Coast Music Festival Orchestra, El Camino Youth Symphony, Oakland East Bay Symphony, Fremont Symphony Orchestra, South Valley Symphony, Classical Philharmonic of Northern California, Ohlone Pops Symphony, Santa Cruz Symphony, and Diablo Symphony orchestras.

Her debut CD was recently released on the Bel Air Music Label with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra and Dmitry Yablonsky conducting.
