About this Artist

ALICE RIPLEY is delighted to return to the Bowl after playing Julie in last season’s Carousel. Ripley can currently be seen on Broadway as Janet in the Tony-nominated revival of The Rocky Horror Show. She was nominated for the Tony and Drama Desk Awards for her portrayal of Violet in Side Show. Other Broadway credits include James Joyce's The Dead (Miss Ivors), King David (Bathsheba), Les Miserables (Fantine), Sunset Boulevard (Betty Schaefer), and The Who's Tommy.

Miss Ripley is also an accomplished musician and songwriter. Along with her Side Show “twin” Emily Skinner, she released 2 albums, Duets and Unsuspecting Hearts on the Varese Sarabande label, and she has recently completed her highly anticipated solo album Everything’s Fine on the Sh-K-Boom label.
