About this Artist

Kerry Smith joined the Sarasota Orchestra as Director of Artistic Planning in June 2019. Previously, Ms. Smith was the Director of Artistic Programming for the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. She was formerly an artistic administrator at the Colburn School in Los Angeles and career advisor to young talent through the Colburn Artists Program. She has had the pleasure of holding summer seasonal positions at Music@Menlo, the West Cork Chamber Music Festival (Ireland), and the Bravo! Vail Festival.
