Superstar of modern Mexican music and film, Pepe Aguilar brings his blend of bolero, traditional ranchero, and ballad to the Hollywood Bowl for "An Evening with Pepe Aguilar." This Latin music program, marking Aguilar's Bowl debut, is part mariachi and part banda. Los Angeles Philharmonic Associate Conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya leads the Philharmonic in the mariachi portion of the evening - commemorating the first time Aguilar has performed with an orchestra.

The September 28 program includes songs from Aguilar's Grammy-nominated smash hit album, Lo Mejor de Nosotros (The Best Of Us), including: Ciudado (Taken Care Of), Salado (Salty), Tus mentiras (Your Lies), and Apuesto (Good Looking), as well as more than 20 of Aguilar's favorite hits.

Born in the United States but raised in Zacatecas, Mexico, PEPE AGUILAR has become a Mexican superstar and singing sensation. Influenced and supported by his parents, legendary Mexican singers Antonio Aguilar and Flor Silvestre, Aguilar performed at New York's Madison Square Garden at the age of five. Not only is Aguilar a major musical force in the Latin scene with several gold and platinum records, he is also making his mark in acting. This concert marks his Bowl debut.
