The LA Phil does not organize valet parking for performances at the Hollywood Bowl not presented by the LA Phil. The best way for you to purchase valet parking is the day of the event by driving into the Hollywood Bowl from Highland Blvd. Once you reach the Stop Sign Kiosk where the parking attendants check your parking passes, you may inquire about valet parking. Passes are $90 and sold only on the day of, so please bring cash with you. The valet parking passes are sold on a first come first-served basis, subject to availability.

As a policy of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, donors who receive VIP ticketing benefits (across all LA Phil venues – Beckmen YOLA Center, Hollywood Bowl, The Ford and Walt Disney Concert Hall) are prohibited from reselling those tickets for their own personal benefit. This policy is in place to ensure that our VIP ticketing benefits are used solely for the enjoyment of the donors and their guests, and not for commercial purposes.  Donor VIP ticketing benefits applies only to LA Phil presented concerts. Lease concerts have their own ticketing policy and regulations, please check with the appropriate concert promoter. 

Any donor found to be in violation of this policy will have their VIP ticketing benefits revoked, and may be subject to additional disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the LA Phil. 

We appreciate the generosity of our donors, and value their contributions to the arts community. However, we must also maintain the integrity of our VIP ticketing program, and ensure that it is used only as intended. Thank you for your cooperation in upholding this policy.

Thanks for your support! Approximately two weeks after making a gift, you will receive a formal tax acknowledgment letter by email. You will also receive membership benefits both by email and in the mail.

Your membership runs on a yearly cycle from the month you made your first gift. You can check your tax receipt, membership card, or account online for your expiration date. You will receive a letter in the mail from us three months prior to your expiration date as a reminder to renew.

Not to worry! If your records indicate that you recently made a gift, the renewal notice and the gift processing likely crossed in the mail and you can disregard the letter.

Invitational Rehearsal dates are set at the beginning of each season at Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl. Rehearsal invitations will be emailed to donors, at which time you may make your rehearsal selection on your LA Phil or Hollywood Bowl account.
