About this Performance
There’s simply nothing like listening to Mozart’s music under the stars at the Hollywood Bowl. Featuring the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s concertmaster and principal viola as wonderful soloists, Mozart-lover Dudamel leads the Sinfonia concertante and the two G-minor symphonies: the stormy 25th that was written by Mozart at only 17 and the 40th, full of urgent passion written near the end of the composer’s life.
PLEASE NOTE: Starting September 24, proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the concert will be required for everyone attending LA Phil-presented concerts. Learn more about our safety requirements, including our mask policy here.
This performance is generously supported in part by the Kohl Virtuoso Violin Fund.
